How To Order!

All orders must be submitted by email! Please send the following information to steph@otrgifts.com.

  1. Your Name

  2. Your Phone Number

  3. Check out our S'well Bottle, Corkcicle Bottle, and/or Scout pages and include the exact name and color of the item you want monogrammed.

  4. Go to our Colors & Fonts page and include:

    1. The number of the font you want (this also includes the direction of the font)

    2. The color you want the font

    3. If you choose the Circle Monogram, please include the initials you want. The Last Name initial should be in the middle.

  5. IF you are ordering a school bottle to include a university logo, give us the name of the school.

  6. Do you need it gift wrap? Free cello wrap is included, but will only be done if you tell us to!

Monogram FAQs

  1. ​How much does this cost? Each monogram is $5 on top of the cost of the bag or bottle you order.

  2. When will my bottle be ready? Right now, your bottle will be ready in 1-2 weeks. This time frame will go down once we can reopen fully.

  3. Can I get my bottle done quicker? Not right now, but we hope to be back to normal soon!

  4. What if something is wrong? It depends! If we made a mistake, we're happy to correct it! If you don't wind up liking the font or color, we will change it for a $5 fee.

  5. How will I know my bottle is ready? We will send you an email to set up the pick up time.

  6. What is the monogram made out of? We monogram with vinyl. It is similar to an extremely powerful sticker!

  7. How should I wash my personalized gift? Once the monogram is applied, you should hand wash gently around the monogram.
